Shipping & local delivery

Shipping within the continental United States is $7.00 for an order containing exactly one jar candle, $7.99 for fragrance-tag-only orders, and $17.99 for other eligible orders. Bouquets and arrangements remain available through local delivery in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Mesa and Chandler only.

An order containing exactly one jar candle ships for $7.00 within the continental United States. Fragrance-tag-only orders ship for $7.99. Multiple jar candles and mixed orders of eligible products use $17.99 standard shipping. Delicate bouquets, candle gardens and arrangements are available only through local delivery in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Mesa and Chandler.

Local delivery is available to addresses in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Mesa and Chandler. All local-delivery orders require a product subtotal of $50 or more, before tax and delivery. Eligible orders below $150 have a $5.00 fee; local delivery is complimentary for orders of $150 or more.

Attended delivery

Customers may choose to receive the order personally or authorize another adult to receive it during the confirmed delivery window.

Authorized unattended delivery

Customers may choose delivery without anyone present and provide their preferred placement instructions. Eclisera will send a delivery notification and photograph the completed delivery.

Processing and scheduling

Made to order · Please allow 5–7 business days for making, plus shipping or delivery time. When the piece is ready, Eclisera and the customer agree on an available delivery date and time window.

Your delivery preference

Customers may choose attended or unattended delivery according to their own availability and delivery location. Unattended delivery is never assumed and must be selected when delivery is scheduled.

Delivery confirmation

For unattended delivery, Eclisera follows the customer's placement instructions and sends a notification and photograph after delivery. The customer is responsible for retrieving and protecting the order after confirmed delivery.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact Eclisera within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the product and packaging and provide the order details, a description of the concern and clear photographs so the order can be reviewed.
